Well, hello December! Can you believe it? Another year. It’s so cliche’ but it’s so true. One of the things I like about winter (because really, it is so not my season) is the comfort food. When it’s chilly and you have a hot meal, it just brings coziness and contentment. I’ll take it!
Solving the dinnertime dilemma~
I know how chaotic it can be when dinnertime rolls around, kids are coming in from school, you maybe coming home from work, or being your kids chauffeur. It’s cray cray sometimes! That’s why I highly suggest having a meal plan in place.

Monday~ Easy Asian Baked Salmon
Dinner’s done in 25 minutes. Pretty impressive for a healthy homemade dinner.
Tuesday~Quinoa Stuffed Bell Peppers
If you’re not on the quinoa bandwagon, today is the day! I love it’s nutty flavor and all the health benefits.
Wednesday~Sheet Pan Honey BBQ Chicken
sheet Pan dinners are the best! 30 minutes, easy to make, and easy clean up. And BBQ? yes please!
Thursday~Slow Cooker Taco Chicken Chili
This soul warming chili only takes 5 minutes to prep. The slow cooker does all the work for you,
Save some money and make your own pizza. Cooking this in a skillet makes a restaurant style crust. But you can totally put it on a pizza pan instead if you prefer.
These will be perfect with the Salmon on Monday!
