In reply to Dee. If you're using a metal pan, you have 2 options. Oil it well before putting the nests in there, or use paper liners. If you've already made them without prepping the pan, let them come to room temperature and it should be easier than when they are cold. Enjoy! Come back and let us know how you liked them.

In reply to Woody Love. Hi, you really need a regular size muffin pan. A mini muffin tin would have too small of a well to fit everything in.

In reply to Linda Romano. I think pretzel sticks would taste amazing. The only concern is the size of them. I think they're longer and straighter than the crunchy noodles that are used, that may be a challenge to get them to fit in the pan well. If you broke them into pieces, it could work. I for sure would not hesitate to try it! And if you do, please come back and give us an update. :-)
