In reply to Lynn Spencer. Oh fantastic! It's delicious! We are having a brunch on Saturday too. It's different from our usual, but I'm really looking forward to it. I'll have today to prepare things and tomorrow morning to cook without getting ready for church (and 4 kids ready) at the same time. It should be a restful Easter Sunday. :-)

OK…I”m making this over the weekend! Delicious. We;re heading out for Easter Brunch, but think I’ll make a brunch on Saturday too as my sweet girl will be home from school for the weekend. Thanks for the idea.
