My family loves this recipe and we put rice and the mixture on a romaine lettuce leaf. Everyone that we share this recipe loves it!

In reply to Brenda. Hi Brenda, I don't currently have one with peanut butter, but I LOVE that idea for a variation. I'll work on something for a future post, for now, how about adding a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter with the soy sauce and broth? I would combine it well before adding in the cole slaw, just to make sure it distributes evenly. Let me know if you try it!

In reply to Jaanika. Great idea to add bean sprouts! You'll have to make it again.

Great, easy, quick recipe!
Made it via skillet, with the broth and it still turned out great!
Wish I would have added some bean sprouts just before serving for a bit of crunch!

In reply to Mandy. I love broccoli slaw! I don't have publix near me, but my local store does carry it like that too. What a great suggestion! I'm so glad you shared it. :-)

Publix carries bags of broccoli slaw that’s even better in recipes like this than coleslaw. It’s a little chewy as a salad but quick cooked it keeps its crunch, plus all that tedious slicing and dicing is already done for us. I add it to soups to take the place of pasta.
