This weeks archive is my homemade cranberry sauce. It’s perfect compliment to Thanksgiving dinner!
Welcome back to another “From the Archives Friday”!
November is here. I keep saying I can’t believe it, but it’s real. Today as I type this, it’s going to be 70 degrees out! Now, you might not think that’s a big deal, but remember, I live in the great mitten state, where November is usually cold and rainy, and often snowy. I do appreciate the seasons, but at heart, I’m a warm-weather kind of gal. So I’m soaking up the sun and warmth as much as possible. We even blew off the majority of school yesterday to go play at a local farm. Field trip right? Just for the record, I homeschool, so we can do that. 🙂
This week in the kitchen, I’ve been breaking in my new cooktop. I really didn’t want to rant about it last week, but really, 2 years old and it goes out? C’mon people! I will say GE was good to us. Now I have a new one, and it’s slightly different, so there’s a bit of an adjustment. Even though the weathers warm, I’ve been up to some holiday goodies. Check out this Fig Smoothie, it’s good for you, but tastes like a cookie! And speaking of cookies, I’ve been making snowball cookies with coconut buttercream frosting-YUM! I could go on, I really could just talk about food all day. But we have a party to get to. This week I’m linking up my homemade cranberry sauce, just in time for Thanksgiving.
One of my favorite things to do is sit with a cup of coffee and read your links!!!!
It’s time for another “From the Archives Friday” Link Party!! For all the non-bloggers out there, this is a great opportunity of find some new bloggers to love. For all my fellow bloggers, this is your opportunity to revive some older posts that either need sprucing up, or more love than they got the first time around, we will be pinning all the links to our FTAF boards. We have one board for all the links and another board just for our favorites.
Just a quick reminder, we want to see your archived, or old posts. We can see your latest goods when we drop in on your homepage, show us some stuff we might not see otherwise. 🙂
