Honestly, I’ve never tried it, but I love the idea. It is a very delicate batter, so in theory it could work nicely because you won’t have to mess with flipping it. Technically, I don’t know, but if I were to try it, I would grease the pan well, heat the oven to 425 and start checking it at 12 minutes or so. I imagine it would take anywhere from 15-20 minutes in the oven. Please let me know if you try it and how it turned out.
