LET'S MAKE  Grilled Steak Fajitas

Step One: 

Combine soy sauce, lime juice, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, sugar, cumin and chile powder in a small bowl, mix well.

Step Two: 

Place steak in a shallow pan or zip lock bag, and pour marinade over top. Marinate at least 30 minutes, but 1 day is ideal.

Step Three: 

Place steak on the grill, and close the lid. Cook for 6-10 minutes, then turn and cook for 6-10 minutes more.

Step Four: 

Remove from the grill, and let rest 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
