CARROT CAKE OVERNIGHT OATS

Carrot Cake Overnight Oats is one of the best ways to start your day! All the flavors of carrot cake (YUM!) packed into a healthy oatmeal breakfast.

It's high in protein. The energizing oats and chia seeds will keep you satisfied until your next meal. Basically it's a no cook method for eating oatmeal.

LET'S MAKE CARROT CAKE OVERNIGHT OATS

Step One:

Place oats, milk, yogurt, honey, chia seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract in a jar or other container.

Step Two:

Add carrots, pineapple, pecans and coconut chips. Stir again. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight. 

Step Three:

Add additional carrots, pineapple, coconut, and nuts as a topping (optional).
