So you're sitting by the pool, the sun is blazing, it's a perfect summer day, and you want something refreshing, but it's kind of early to be drinking. Today I'm sharing one of my favorites, this lovely citrusy, minty, crisp, bubbly, Mojito Mocktail.
MOJITO MOCKTAIL RECIPE
Mocktail is just a fancy word for a cocktail that doesn't contain alcohol. I like fancy. Maybe you've heard non-alcoholic beverages being referred to as 'virgin', same thing. I was in Riviera Maya Mexico, an all inclusive resort, and this was my go-to! I just had to re-create it for home. I might've been the only one in the resort drinking a virgin mojito, but they were gracious and didn't look at me like I was crazy.
