- Thin sliced sirloin beef - Cornstarch - Medium onions - Fresh ginger - Garlic cloves - Brown sugar - Soy sauce - Water - Green onions - Sesame seeds

Sprinkle the meat with the cornstarch and toss to coat.
Place all ingredients except the green onions and sesame seeds in the slow cooker.
Cook on low for low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4 hours.
