Greek Yogurt Grilled Chicken
Chicken drumsticks marinated in Greek yogurt, lemon, garlic and oregano. Grilled to perfection for a delicious summer dinner.

- 1 package chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp oregano
- zest of 1 lemon
- juice of half of a lemon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- fresh cracked pepper to taste
- 1/4 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
Place chicken in a shallow dish or ziplock freezer bag.
Combine remaining ingredients, whisk well.
Pour over the top of the chicken. Marinate for at least 30 minutes and up to 1 day.
To cook, remove chicken from marinade and place on a preheated grill (400-500 degrees). Cook for 5-10 minutes per side or until cooked through.
MAKE AHEAD INSTRUCTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a freezer bag, seal and push contents around to mix well. Place in a second freezer bag, label and lay flat in the freezer.
When ready to use, thaw in the refrigerator and follow cooking instructions
