Grilled Balsamic Pork Chops

A simple marinade with only a few ingredients really brings life to these grilled boneless pork chops. It's tangy, yet sweet and not overpowering.

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops, thin cut
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar or honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes sliced
  • 1 8oz pkg marinated mozzarella balls

Instructions

  • Place pork chops in a shallow dish or ziplock bag
  • Combine garlic, oil, vinegar, sweetener, rosemary, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour over pork. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  • Preheat grill to 400-500 degrees. Remove pork from marinade and place on the hot grill. Cook 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through
  • Serve with sliced cherry tomatoes and marinated mozzarella balls.

Notes

Freezer Instructions~ place marinade and pork in a zip lock bag, lay flat to freeze. Thaw in the refrigerator before cooking.

You can use bone-in or boneless pork with this recipe.
This marinade is also great on chicken.
