Pork Chops with Peach Preserves {slow cooker}

Tender boneless pork chops glazed with all natural, no sugar homemade peach 'preserves'.

  • 6 boneless pork chops medium to thick cut
  • 1 can sliced peaches in 100% juice
  • 1 Tbs chia seeds


  • Drain peaches and pulse in a blender until desired consistency
  • Place blended peaches in a bowl and mix in chia seeds, let stand 5-10 minutes to thicken.
  • Place pork chops in the slow cooker, covering the bottom and stacking if needed.
  • Pour peach chia jam over the top of the chops and spread evenly.
  • Cook on low 4-5 hours.
