Pork Chops with Peach Preserves {slow cooker}

Tender boneless pork chops glazed with all natural, no sugar homemade peach 'preserves'.

  • 6 boneless pork chops medium to thick cut
  • 1 can sliced peaches in 100% juice
  • 1 Tbs chia seeds


  1. Drain peaches and pulse in a blender until desired consistency
  2. Place blended peaches in a bowl and mix in chia seeds, let stand 5-10 minutes to thicken.
  3. Place pork chops in the slow cooker, covering the bottom and stacking if needed.
  4. Pour peach chia jam over the top of the chops and spread evenly.
  5. Cook on low 4-5 hours.
