Ingredients

pineapple chunks
in 100% juice
1/4
cup
pineapple juice
from the canned pineapple

cup
plain nonfat greek yogurt

cup
milk
add more for a thinner smoothie

peanut butter

ground flaxseed meal

unsweetened coconut

Instructions
Place all ingredients in the blender and puree' on high until smooth.
Notes
Variation: Use a frozen banana and you won't need ice. You can break your bananas up in pieces, then freeze them and you're good to go.
