Vegetarian Tostadas

All the freshest mexican ingredients on top of a crispy tostada for ultimate flavor.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 10 tortillas corn or flour
  • 2 cups refried beans
  • 2 cups guacamole
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes grape are the best
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning

Instructions

  • Combine sour cream and taco seasoning together and mix well, se aside.
  • Heat 1/2 to 1 inch of oil in a pan. When it's hot place a tortilla in it and fry until golden, turning once.
  • Place cooked tortilla on a paper towel lined baking sheet.
  • Continue until all tortillas are cooked.
  • Build each tortilla with refried beans, guacamole, cheese, lettuce, tomato, cilantro and any other toppings you like.
  • Garnish with sour cream mixture.
  • Enjoy!
