Equipment

  • small bowl for mixing in
  • spoon, whisk, or fork for stirring
  • 1 air tight container for storing

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Himalayan Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Onion powder
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons ground black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika can sub regular if you don't have smoked

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a bowl or container and stir well.
  • Use to add seasoning to meat, vegetables, or on anything you would use seasoned salt on.

Notes

Salt free seasoning option- omit salt, or reduce to desired amount
Sweeter Version-Sugar or Truvia is optional (or other sweetener substitute), if you like a bit of sweetness. Start with 1 teaspoon or sugar and adjust  to desired taste. If using a sugar substitute, check a conversion chart. I often use Swerve Brown.
