Maple Mustard Pork

  • 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • 1 pkg boneless pork chops (I use thin cut)


  • Whisk together mustards, maple syrup, brown sugar and thyme. 
  • Place pork chops in a shallow dish or zip lock bag. Pour marinade over top, toss to coat well. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to one day.
  • Heat grill to 400-500 degrees. Place chops on the grill and cook 3-5 minutes per side or until cooked through. Serve immediately.


Thick pork chops will need additional cooking time.
This recipe works with bone-in or boneless pork chops.
