Maple Mustard Pork
A delightful blend of sweet and tangy.
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp thyme
- 1 pkg boneless pork chops (I use thin cut)
Whisk together mustards, maple syrup, brown sugar and thyme.
Place pork chops in a shallow dish or zip lock bag. Pour marinade over top, toss to coat well. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to one day.
Heat grill to 400-500 degrees. Place chops on the grill and cook 3-5 minutes per side or until cooked through. Serve immediately.
Thick pork chops will need additional cooking time.
This recipe works with bone-in or boneless pork chops.
