Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbs dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup

Lemon Garlic

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2-3 Tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp honey

Asian Sesame Ginger

  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • ¼ cup toasted sesame oil
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 1 ½ tsp sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tsp honey

Creamy Blue cheese

  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¼-1/2 cup buttermilk depending on desired consistency
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 oz blue cheese crumbled
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • For each dressing recipe, place all the ingredients into a jar.
