Janet, I&#039;m so sorry I didn&#039;t see your comment when you left it. I typically get notified by email, but I didn&#039;t. Sous Vide is a method of cooking your food sealed in a plastic pouch, or “under vacuum”, in a temperature-controlled water bath. This method of cooking gives you results that are impossible to achieve with any other cooking technique.
