- 1/4 cup pure whey protein isolate powder
- zest of 1 orange
- 2 oranges, peeled
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1/4 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 ice cubes
- I recommend 100% pure whey protein isolate powder because there are no fillers or sugars.
- You can omit the protein powder if desired.
- If you use frozen bananas, you won't need the ice.
- Pour your blended smoothie into popsicle molds for a healthy treat!
