Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Smoothie

Now you can have your {cheese}cake and eat it too! This Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Smoothie is cheesecake in a glass GUILT-FREE! :-) Fresh strawberries blended with Yogurt and other yumminess, this is your go-to summer smoothie!

  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop whey protein isolate
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup cantaloupe
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 6 ice cubes


  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 


You can use a pure stevia or a stevia based sweetener in place of the honey.  
If using frozen strawberries, then eliminate the ice.
