Mason Jar Quinoa Salad Recipes

Ingredients

  • SPRING MIX WITH FRESH FRUIT
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1 grilled chicken breast cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup cut up fresh fruit such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, oranges
  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • Spring Mix enough to pack the jar full
  • ASIAN SALAD
  • 1/4 cup Asian salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup matchstick carrots
  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup sliced purple cabbage
  • 1 grilled chicken breast chopped
  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 2 Tbs sunflower seeds
  • spring mix lettuce enough to pack the the jar full
  • GREEK SALAD
  • 1/4 cup lemon garlic dressing
  • 1/4 cup cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons feta cheese
  • 1 grilled chicken breast chopped
  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 1-2 Tablespoons mild banana peppers
  • spring mix enough to pack the jar full.

Instructions

  • For each salad, layer all the ingredients in the order listed.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Notes

These are approximate measurements for quart sized mason jars. If you are using pint sized, you'll want to cut down on the ingredients.
