Chicken Salad Chick's grape salad recipe is a delightful combination of sweet and creamy flavors. Juicy grapes wrapped in a rich cream cheese and sour cream dressing, and topped with brown sugar and pecans.
In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla. Use an electric hand mixer (or stand mixer) to beat together until smooth.
Place the grapes in a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese mixture, and gently stir to combine until all the grapes are covered.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill.
Just before serving, transfer to a serving bowl, and sprinkle the brown sugar and chopped pecans on top.
Notes
Use softened cream cheese so it is easy to blend with the other ingredients.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. The pecans will soften and the brown sugar will melt into the salad, but it still tastes great!
Can be made up to one day ahead of time. Leave the pecans and brown sugar off until just before serving.
