DIY Yogurt Tubes

Make your own yogurts on the go! Perfect for picnics or school lunches.  They freeze well too!

Equipment

Ingredients

Bludberry Lemon

  • 1 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1-2 tbsp honey

Tropical

  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup mango
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

Raspberry Banana

  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup milk

Strawberry Lime

  • 1 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp honey

Chocolate Peanut Butter

  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup all natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup milk

Kiwi Lime

  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups kiwi
  • juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  • Place ingredients into a blender or food processor and process on high until thoroughly combined.
  • Pour into pouches.  Can be stored for 3-4 days in the refrigerator or 6 months in the freezer. 

Notes

Fresh or frozen fruit may be used.  If you use frozen, the mixture will be thicker and you may need to add milk to make it pourable.  I used all fresh fruit in these recipes.
